Custom Blast Bag Design
Custom blast bag design service allows you to choose between size-only labels or custom design prints in order to best suit your industrial explosive needs.
Our printing capabilities can currently accommodate up to 2 colors, and we plan to increase our capabilities to 3 colors by the second quarter of 2025.
Quality Assurance
With our focus on quality, we ensure that every blast bag and polyethylene liner meets the highest standards of safety and reliability.
Through daily in house quality checks, and yearly D.O.T. testing by an outside lab, we ensure our products meet all requirements and industry standards.

ABOUT US
Explosives Packaging is a leading manufacturing company specializing in custom designed blast bags for industrial explosives. We are a subsidiary of Service Materials Group, LLC, a supplier and converter of woven polypropylene packaging products who has been serving the Geotextile and Flexible Packaging industries since the early 2000's.
Service Materials Group supplied B.W.E. Limited with both flat woven and circular fabric for 20 years. In 2021, we purchased B.W.E.'s assets and moved their equipment from Pennsylvania to our manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC. Since then, we have continued to increase productivity and elevate quality by upgrading our printing, liner sealing, and bag producing equipment.
